I've always wondered how I would do at the NFL Combine! Huge shout out to EXOS for hosting/training me and to the guys at Train With The Best Podcast for making this one happen! And of course, the biggest THANK YOU goes to Lorenzo Alexander for showing me what a real athlete looks like!! :D

The REAL question is who would win in a 100 meter race, me or Lorenzo? Find out here!

Lorenzo makes Nick look like the guest on this episode 😳

This goes to show how explosive and athletic NFL players are. Lorenzo is big, and he's 38, and still so quick.

I was going to say its not fair cuz Nick is older but I was shocked to find out that they're both the same age.. so for Lorenzo to be doing this at age 38 is really shocking and amazing!

Crazy to put into perspective how fast those guys running sub 4.4’s at the combine are

Coach Nat is Amazing. I like that she is a positive attitude after each event.

Been a Bills fan for 35 years. We still love Zo here! Hope he knows that!

For anyone who doesn't know he went from being a nearly 300lb defensive lineman, to playing defensive line, offensive line, and tight end on Washington's practice squad to being an AMAZING 245lb linebacker for us in Buffalo for 4 seasons.

I love Lorenzo Alexander, a guy with a truly unique story. Don't tell Nick but Alexander entered the NFL as a DT. He weighed 289 lbs at the Combine in 2005 and played over 300 lbs early in his career. As his career progressed he moved from DT to DE to OLB, dropping weight as he went. Please don't tell Nick that most OLB's in the NFL are faster than Lorenzo. You have to appreciate a football player like Lorenzo who was undrafted and not only played in the NFL but played for well over decade, re-inventing himself several times along the way. I bet everybody whoever coached Lorenzo loved him.

Can’t wait! Love your energy and ability to showcase how fun fitness is. You’re never scared of “not being good”, you’re only scared of not trying.

die hard Bills fan here. Loved seeing Lorenzo in action; he just always had a way of making things look easy, and i think he continued that through these combine events!!! Guys who can have long careers in the NFL are just different.

"The start was never my best."

No kidding. Symmonds was a finisher. Insane kicks in the last 200. You may have went 0 for 5 vs. a professional power athlete, but anything 100m and over, you'd have him.

Lorenzo definitely did the classic cheat on the vertical. Look at his hips, shoulders and elbow versus Nick when they calibrate the spinners.

The crazy thing is Lorenzo Alexander's stats here when he's basically 40 matches up with his combine stats when he was in his early 20s.

100 should be a good race! Anything 200 and over, Nick is guaranteed to win.

Nice video. Nick you're very humble and gracious. NFL combine is 100% speed and power. Your Olympic specialty was durability. 100M race should definitely put you in front this time ⭐️⭐️⭐️
