There is nothing more masculine and honorable than a man who can accept responsibility and take accountability..I pray God restores him and his second Chance at being a husband is rewarded.

"I take full responsibility for the demise of my marriage."
"I didn't have the courage to do the work to repair the damage that I had done."

...the confession of those words is so healing...

It’s more challenging to have a Christ centered marriage when each individual isn’t already living a Christ centered life before entering the marriage. I’ve personally learned post marriage that GOD being my FIRST LOVE is what allows TRUE LOVE to show up in a marriage/any or all relationships. GETTING MY RELATIONSHIP with GOD RIGHT FIRST IS HELPING ME LOVE BETTER AND LOVE WELL!

Nate’s ex wife is a very close friend of mine. She is quite literally the most loving and caring woman I’ve ever met. Let me text my friend and tell her how much I love her.

My prayer is that men will hold other men in their circles accountable. We really have to be trying to live according to the word of God.

I am a happily married woman, but I just want to say how beautiful this episode was to see men take full accountability for their wrongs in a marriage and is now on a journey to be the husband that God planned for them to be! God bless you on your journey.✨

This was a great conversation, and I have to admit, there were moments that triggered me. I found myself wondering why it seems like when a man leaves a relationship, he finally acknowledges the issues he had and then heals and grows, only for the next woman to benefit. It felt unfair. But then, I was moved to tears because, at the end of the day, he’s still a child of God, and we all fall short and go through our own processes. This episode helped me recognize areas in my heart where I still need to forgive my ex-husband, even though he has never sincerely apologized. Thank you for this conversation.

A man who can face his wife and confess all his discretions . That's simply respectful to her healing. "Forgiveness is for yourself."
I personally have never experienced a man who could say it to my face.
I forgave my ex fiance because healing was the goal.

I watched this twice. "I forgive you, you're still my Brother in Christ" This is hard when you have forgiven an ex-husband and he continues to behave with disrespect and with no repentance or accountability. I valued his message and applaud his journey and apology to his ex-wife.However I believe there are still so many of our black men who are not willing to do the work to heal for their future. I can forgive, but I can 't respect and we as women have to create the boundaries to remain healthy and on our healing journey. I may need to watch this again.Thank you Laterras another good episode.🙌🏽🙌🏽

I commend his ex wife for remaining true to her character even though the same wasn't given to her. Let your light continue to shine my sister. Nate thank you for your transparency and getting the counsel needed to stop the cycle of hurting women.

This was one of the most powerful episode I have seen whereby a man take a King position and be transparent and honest. Nate’s humility to confess his faults shows a man of integrity. Nate’s confession to take full responsibility for the demise of the marriage. covers the woman that he hurt. As well as other women who heard his story. Wow! If more men would do this the whole family can be healed.

Praise The Lord🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Thank you Laterras

I feel so validated listening to this episode. That’s all a good woman wants is for a man to stand on business & be accountable for his actions! ❤
