2+7=9 that's part of the fun with 9× numbers. The results add back up to 9.
Additionally a handy tip for memorizing the times table. The single digits of ×9 are the opposite of the ×1 table. Just the tens digits count up almost every time.

There's a simple way to do this for free. Its called the ✨Finger Method✨ where you count on your hand, and you put down the finger for that number. An example would be like if you wanted to know what 6 x 9 is, you would count down to the 6th finger, then pit it down and whatevers the answer is right like how 5 fingers are left, and 4, so its 54.

Why does this need to be a wheel? You literally just made a direct multiplication of 9 on the back of each number. Nothing mechanical is at play here to make it any different that looking at the multiplication table
