Ghost Master -01- Haunting 101

Here's Ghost Master, a strategy horror comedy game with puzzle elements for the PC. The player commands an assortment of ghosts and spirits with the intention of sending all mortals in the town either running scared or completely mad.

I first played the game years ago and it's a rare game in that I both love it and hate it at the same exact time. I love the general concept, the audio design and the ghosts, their powers and the references the game throws at you. However I hate it because the core gameplay is utter crap and the game is full of glitches, ruining everything that's great about it.
I really want to play the game so bad, but then I hate actually playing it.

Maybe recording a playthrough around Halloween will help clear my conflicting feelings.

I really wish they made a new Ghost Master game. :´(

The game also came out for the XBOX, under the name Ghost Master: The Graveville Chronicles. Mechanics were majorly changed in that version. It's a lot more of a straight puzzle game.

This game had presented such a massive entertainment. However, there existed somewhat frustrating moments which you could keep failing. Still exquisite stuff!

This game used to give me the creeps when I was younger. Nowadays it doesn't spook me that much as it used to, but it's still cool to find pop culture references there. If it wasn't for things like this game, I don't think I'd get interested with horror genre at all.
