Im sorry, but if that clip is anything like the rest of the film then the film looks and sounds awful. We go from 'It cant rain all the time' and 'mother is the name for God on the lips and hearts of all children' in the 1994 film Whoever wrote the script for that scene has no business being a script writer. Also, if they are opening the possibility of bringing Shelley back from the dead, then, again Im sorry, but that misses the point of the original book and the 94 film. This film, from everything i have seen and read about it so far, bears no relation whatsoever to either, other than being called 'The Crow'.
