Yum that looks so good. My kind of eating. I had fish stew in Reykjavik which adds boiled potatoes to the mixture. Didn't have these but I'll keep my eyes peeled if I get to return...(go away covid!). I love fish patties. Thank you for sharing.

When in Iceland and I was taught to make them they were actually formed in balls, rolled in flour, browned and then added in a sweet mustard white gravy served over boiled potatoes.
