CJ. Love the channel and the builds but have say the finish on the panels is horrendous, orange peel is really bad. Should send them back and ask for them to be finished properly.

The R6 throttle tube reduces the throw by quite bit from the R7s. If you hold them next to each other you’ll see the R6 tube diameter is smaller.

While you’ve got it apart, I’d remove the snorkel on the air box and get a 2WDW ECU flash. Picks up good power, better quick shifter mapping, less engine braking etc. Definitely worth it!

Hey CJ, had a similar issue with the lower triple on my rebuilt CBR500R plus a slightly bent frame. The stem is, as some have said, most likely bent, but to rule out the possibility of a bent frame aside from the stem, measure the axle distance between both wheels and check with the original measurements. Best of luck!

Great content. Check if the holes of the new top yoke line up perfectly with the holes of the old one. Otherwise bottom yoke might be bent

that paint scheme is beautiful and goes very well with the blacked out tail light. you usually only need resistors to replace incandescent bulbs with led. newer vehicles dont have a problem being replaced by leds, especially when the factory lighting was led
