Jawa, Yezdi n Bsa should all be showcased and serviced in a single showroom or service station.
This will help the company to increase Network and After Sales services and above all it will enable a customer to choose from any of the products instead of reaching out to other showrooms which in turn could change their choice.
If companies can avail platform, engine, and part sharing this would always be an ideal combination.
Besides outlets will not have to worry about revenues since whichever vehicle's are sold will generate Sales and Services.
These companies together should improve their production cost, durability, finish and offer at least 3 year's of standard warranty.
Manufacturing companies should not indulge or eye on more margin incomes from Spares but expand in offering modification, wearing gears and accessories to provide incomes to outlets and service stations.
If both are sure about their products and incomes these outlets will themselves put in huge self efforts to promote the Sales.
