When covid hit and lockdowns were about, Neil Sedaka sat at his piano and recorded "mini concerts" for all us shut-ins on YouTube. They were really cool.. go to Neil Sedaka Music on YT and see!

Apart from The Beatles & Ben E King & The Drifters, Neil Sedaka was my moms big contribution to my musical education. I found Elvis through the movies, Elvis Costello, The Jam and Ramones as a little kid through Top of The Pops 🇬🇧 and Kate Bush, The Kinks and The Who through my uncle, but Neil Sedaka has always held that special place in my heart for wonderfully crafted songs. Thanks for the reminder. . . I really need to go listen to laughter in the rain now😎👍

Round about 1972 an older relative gifted me a load of 45’s from pre-Beatles days, and one of these discs was Little Devil and it’s B side I Must Be Dreaming, I played this to death on my old Dansette, loved it - and this was my introduction to Neil Sedaka, and a year or so later had a resurgence with Laughter In The Rain, he is way up there with the greats !

Hey Steve, there is a local radio station that plays Neil Sedaka all the time, but unfortunately only his live medleys. He is a great songwriter who, unfortunately, was rarely considered hip. Nice video. Take care...
