C3 for me. Labelling the cu "class 2 fitting only" is a must though

Done thing when this was installed. Could be part of an earthed conduit system. Code it C3 and tell them to take those lovely stainless light switches and fittings off and put plastic or double insulated.

It could have steel conduit to the back box for its Earth path.
Yes I suppose a little sleeve or tape even on the black core indicting the second switch line, but it was the 70s and it was ok do plenty of things we wouldn’t do now.

It's a c3 code with class 2 accessories connected and c2 if class 1. 😜

There was no requirement to have a cpc when this was installed. It's fine.

C3 for identifying conductors
C2 for no CPC. Be advising removal of any metallic fittings on that cirucit.

Is the pvc sleeving a bit melted near the terminal? C3 for no cable indetification colour oversleeves. C3 for no CPC. Is it a plastic light fittings? Also backbax looks iffy, maybe the start or corrosion

If you had a plastic backbox and faceplate and use nylon screws, would you need an earth?
