Priviet Ekaterina! Pretty good evaluation and cost estimation on Capitol Region in Finland. One point you didn't mention though is what you must have come across as an athletic person is the cost of fresh, high quality food. There is a huge price difference between food for couch potatoes and athletes here in Finland. Fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, dairy products etc. can bankrupt a person if he or she weighs more than a garden gobelin and is muscular. If one disciplines a steady sporty diet the food bill per month can easily rise up and over 500€ which is one the main reasons why people have difficulties holding a healthy diet.

Hi Ekaterina, nice video. I checked online and studio apartment inclusive utilities internet etc. in helsinki area costs about 1100-1300 Euros, I was quite shocked, I didn't find any less than 1000. Perhaps can you recommend a website that I could find studio accommodation in that range please? Also can you help to give an estimate how much would I be spending in a month if I were to prepare meals for 5 days of the week and eat out for the remaining 2 (just lunch and dinner)? Would be great help, thanks again :)
