Its is one of the most inspirational verse and it asks the listener to choose one of the three things mentioned in the verse.

Those are

1. Daya ka bhav- means choose if you want to show mercy to your enemies and want to lose by showing them mercy who are your die-hard enemies.

2. Shaurya ka chunav

This means choose if you want to be brave or coward and if you wanna fight or leave the battlefield.

3. Har ka ghaav

This is about the wounds you get fighting against your enemies. Song writer asking you whether you want to have wounds and want to fight your enemies or you want to leave battlefield and run, you decide.

They are put in the songs but writer of the song is asking us the choice is yours, do what you want.
