Two Anchors of Faith - Genesis 36:1-43 (2.5.20) - Dr. Jordan N. Rogers
Показать описание
Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching through The Book of Genesis in this sermon from Genesis 36:1-43 entitled, “Two Anchors of Faith."
God’s Word is true, and His promises are sure.
Those two truths will anchor your faith in such a way that it will be unshakeable. The fulfillment of God’s promises is never in doubt, because God is always faithful to complete every promise He has ever made. This is so evidently seen in the historical events recorded all throughout Scripture. After many hundreds of years observing the works of the Lord toward His people, it was recorded, “Not one word of all the good promises that the LORD had made to the house of Israel had failed; all came to pass” (Joshua 21:45).
The fact that God is faithful to His Word and promises is good news for anyone who puts their trust in Him. You see, when you put your trust in God the Father and Jesus His Son, your faith in His Word will never be disappointed. “The grass withers, the flower fades, but the Word of our God will stand forever” (Joshua 40:8).
The following is a sermon from Genesis 36:1-43 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
