I just finished watching this movie in New York. I wasn't ready. The trailer does this movie no justice (which is good). I never saw the storyline unfolding the way it did. One of the best films Denzel and Viola have played in. Please bring a box of Kleenex. Warning: men bring a box of Kleenex. Well written. Well acted. So profound. So poetic. I can't stop!

Just saw it. Viola Davis is in a class of her own. Everyone in this is GREAT, but Viola is unlike anything portrayed on screen with exception for her previous work. (And yes, Denzel took his screen work to another level). I've never watched a movie with so many people crying around me for minutes-on-end like this release. This movie is so intense that I charted "asleep" on my FitBit; in other words, I didn't move at all for two-plus hours.
