My neon had the cat get clogged so we gutted it and hacked off the pipe right behind the cat... that was like last year and we left the exhaust tied up, just hacked it off like last month... it don;t sound to bad, just want to try to get rid of the 4k rev limiter in park/neutral.

I have a muffler that it too quiet now lol
Cutout would be cool for the track though. ... :o
