I remember this would give me a lot of anxiety as a kid. I don't know why. The blue screen with the PLAY logo and the numbers below, it felt strangely ominous, like I was about to get in a different reality for 120 minutes or so. The lone sound of the VCR working and the scratching sound of it starting. I used to think that most of films were horror films for some reason.
I remember ''Scarface'' Universal intro and ''Robocop'' Orion intro stuck with me forever.
