I was hired in "65 as a Machinist helper and ended up working in the J-2 Machine shop on the Large Horizontal and Vertical Boring Mills. I really liked working there. I left in "76 after a layoff and ended up working at Stanford Linear Accelerator Center as a Lab Machinst 3 and after a layoff ended up at Lockheed in Sunnyvale as a Mfg Instructor and later owning my own shop in Campbell, Ca where i just recently retired at age 78 and now i'm taking care of my wife with Parkinsons. We have been married for 58yrs.
But my heart belongs at Westinghouse where i started back in "65. where they taught me to become a Machinist and a man.

What quality of life small businesses can do mechanical design also we can create better products our engineers come from top notch universities and are like Albert Einsteins and Nikola teslas. We have dreams too and our small businesses have very very little overhead hire small business get rid of these overheads and give us citizens more advanced technology

Its sad ngc cannot contain cost from "intergrators" that outsource 90% of the purchase order to any suppliet with a machine and get 500 plus percent margins. It used to be equal knowledge on both sides of the table. DEI hires are fucking taxpayers
