Actually it's not classical Arabic, it's Moroccan dialect, and actually it's just a sentence repeating over and over:
...بحال إيلا سمعت صوت مشية رجليك، ولكن غير قلبي..
It's like I heard the sound of your footstep, but it's only my heart...
But I don't get the last couple words, but it's definitely not as extended as in some comments here.
