How to Make Wolverine's Helmet out of Foam - Free Templates - Wolverine Cosplay Cowl Mask DIY

In this video I'm going to show all of the steps it takes to put together and paint Wolverine's Helmet / Cowl! This is a step by step process and I have Free EVA foam templates available on my website if you'd like to make your own cosplay armor pieces. This mask / helmet could also easily be modified for a bunch of other superhero costumes, so I'm really excited to see what you creative makers do with it!

I love how you have the corners of all those parts coming from the tear duct area. It really sells the sewn leather look of it. Like an inverted seam.

As you wrap up this series, Could I request a future project to be some variation of a standard Fantasy/ medieval suit of armor the same way you did the superhero armor? I think with your quality of patterns and AMAZING tutorials, it could take the cosplay community by storm with how many different things it would be applicable for!
