Медь и алюминий вместе это гениально блин

No anti oxidation paste, crimps that are on the edges of the wire, not over it. That connection will probably come apart and it will definitely corrode and become far less efficient very quickly.

В этом видео всё прекрасно от соединения меди с алюминием заканчивая качеством опресовки !!!😊😂😅

It will still fail.
Next time use a 12 ton hydraulic crimper with the vorrect die installed.
It leaves a hex shapped crimp and will not fail.

Aluminum to Copper has to be a good connection any Oxide will create a voltage drop.
Every house hooked up to the Electrical utility has a joint like that right before the line gets to the house.

NF way!!- who is that genius ?? I was always wondering how to put a copper lag on aluminium wire!!!!

Первое сжатие делается на конце наконечника. Тогда провод продавливается внутрь, заполняя свободное место.

медный наконечник не стоит применять с алюминиевым кабелем, происходит окисление

You have a nice tool
Why not select the right size crimper?
Your results are bad

Shame about the strands you cut off so it would fit a connector ferrule which is undersized... this will heat up & is the weak spot.

Omg it's like using the correct tool is the right thing to do

Cobre con aluminio no es recomendable por la oxidación, deberian trabajarlo con bimétalico para un resultado optimo.

That crimping tool is too small and the copper terminal too wide. No anti-corrosion so it will last a few months? Also non-isolated wire with this diameter?

Finally they used the right tool but couldn't use the tool correctly. WTAF
The tool is supposed to create a hex crimp, instead we get 2 dimples?

You need to coat that with a sealer so it doesn't oxidized it's nice that you using the right tool for the right job but you're really not doing it right because you have to coat that before you put that fitting on you have to use antioxidant material it's the theory of dissimilar materials especially when passing current through you get all kinds of nasty s*** growing under that thing you got a coat that put that in your notebook pal before you make the next video

You doing everything great but before you stuck that wire in there you should have soldered it that's aluminum wire that will become hot and it will burn a big hole in that Lieutenant to prevent that you also use some dialectic Grease then once you crimp it you heat it also the tip of the wire should be protruding at least an eighth of an inch so that you know that you have contact with the entire internal surface of that lug people like like you make people like me Rich coming back and fixing this unprofessional behavior
