I would have a question, the company I entered is a dentist and we advertise with google with a landing page abroad, but there are whatsapp clicks on the page, but you know that not every clicker sends a message, how can I measure those who click and send a message?

Should you increase the TROAS when getting a ROAS higher than the one you set? When I'm happy with my ROAS, my only focus is increasing the budget by 10% every 5 days to scale but I notice that sometimes even a $10 increment affects the performance negatively. And I only increase when the campaign spends over its daily budget.
