Namaskaram, it's a pleasure to be a part of this program. Sadhanapadha has been a major stepping stone in my life. While applying, I had no expectations from the program, all I wanted was to give my 100% and wait for a transformation. Within weeks, I saw tremendous growth in terms of my body, mind & energy system. The amount of energy I'm oozing with from morning till night, is beyond imagination. The tools offered, program structure, team support & my Guru's grace is simply wonderful. I'm glad I could decide & take this step called Sadhanapadha. I am 100% to life now! Thankyou. Pranam

Being back home 🏘after the Sadhanapada Program, the three-letter word "Joy" 😂sums up my experience. Before the program, I could not comprehend Sadhguru's words 'When you are Joyful without reason, you are truly joyful'. But now, Joy is a constant in my experience.

Halfway through the program, I had to visit home for an emergency. While I was returning, my mom gave me one-liner feedback that has completely changed my perspective towards relationships. All she said was "You have become closer to us". In response, my first thought was, I am already close to my mom and dad. But probing it further, I realised that over time, my parents had conditioned their conversations with me by keeping to Do and Don'ts and not being able to communicate freely. But while I was there during that one week, communication was happening effortlessly. I had become willing.
