Thank you for your video! I like the widemouth too. The widemouth jars are easier to clean —I can get my hand into them very easily.
The regular mouth quart size jars are less expensive, as well as the rings and seals are less expensive to replace, I also find it easier to gauge 1 inch from the top with the regular mouth quart jars. The quart size regular jars are about a half an inch taller...it make a difference to someone. Maybe it’s my imagination, but I feel like it’s easier for me to lift/move the regular size jars than the widemouth, but I have arthritis.
On the very technical side, the regular mouth jars have less surface to seal, so there’s just a smidge of advantage there. Thank you for making your video. I don’t know how to make videos. :-)
