In this video I go over my results after investing $5 (or really $20) a day for the past year. I chose to dollar cost average into 2 stocks, and index fund, and an ETF, those being Apple, Tesla, QQQ, and VOO.

Update: This aged pretty well and last week I was up $731 (22%) on the account. Ended up taking some profits on Tesla & Apple.

I’m glad that you’re starting so early to take interest in this stuff. I hope you have learned at least two things:

1)don’t listen to idiots on Twitter

2)index funds are the king of returns. At an annual average of 10% a year, it’s rare to outperform that.

This is impressive, I’m 32 and wish I started this early. So many people don’t invest till it’s too late. I hope this channel brings you revenue and your investing continues. From what I can tell, most of the advice aligns with this, hands off mostly. I am investing in index funds mostly to spread risk a bit. I haven’t got into crypto but it’s lucrative if you hodl to the more established coins like BTC and ETH.

Should increase put reoccurring $7.30/day because there are 251 trading days per year - that gets you $5/day for the full 365.25 days each year (.25 days counts for leap years)

I did round up slightly to $7.30 because what is 1 or 2 extra cents better to be in.plus it’s a round number
