I was doing fine, till that second phase. Then it became death after death. I get close, but between the sludge and how fast that lil guy is I had a hard time. This vid saved me. Thanks for this

No matter how hard I try, I cannot get through the second phase. I find all the muck to be too overwhelming and can't clean most of it up in time to then be able to attack the Mucktorok

Instead of a battery, I just built a hydrant on top of a homing cart (those zonnai devices that automatically follow the enemies) the result is an autonomous cleaner of mud that also stuns the boss on its own. It is brilliant xD

I got through the 1st phase relatively easily, but am absolutely stuck on the 2nd. The Sidon power is ineffective and I'm burning through my splash fruit fast, and they're no much better.
I hadn't thought of the chu chu jelly so I'll try that and see it I can get a hydrant and hope it's enough.
This is the 1st temple in either game where I was so frustratingly stuck I had to look up a solution in this game or Botw.

That answered exactly what I needed to know about fast traveling out. I went into the fight with 14 arrows. Got him down to only 2-3 hits remaining but was stuck in the much trying to throw jellies and and splash fruit. I forgot to do an attack buff. Might be able to pull it off with 14 arrows with the buff... Thank you!

For anyone running out of jellies or splash fruits, you can also fuse an opal to your sword!!

I'm currently in this fight...The big problem is I don't have any arrows anymore and throwing the jelly won't do anything...

Dang I used all my splash fruit so started relying on the sidon water wave for the entire rest of the fight. Didn't even think of the blue jellies!

I took the floating zonai stone and attached 4 water pumps to it and 3 batteries . Made it stand somewhere near the inner circle . Lots of water and it was easier

For the 2nd phase, u can also shoot him with ice fruit and that slows him and grounds him so u can unload some melee strikes

Lol the bosses rematches in the depths are much harder since theres no low gravity. You cant trigger bullet time or jump over most of its attacks

YALL WHENEVER THE MUCKTOROCK IS HOPPING FROM MUD TO MUD IN THE SECOND PHASE, USE THE SLOW MOTION SHOOTING INTERFACE TO AIM AT IT AND CATCH IT, i was so stressed out i forgot it existed LMAO
