Atri stands ever vigilant as the world sinks further into the ocean.

Dive into a world swallowed by water. In the near future, an unexplained sea rise has left much of human civilization underwater. Ikaruga Natsuki, who lost his mother and his leg in an accident a few year earlier, becomes disillusioned with life in the big city and returns to his hometown in the countryside, only to find half of it submerged under the sea.
