I loved them already before the feature drop, but the bass boost and attention alerts really are the icing on the cake. Also, the differential battery drain has also been fixed now so that's great.

Got the update. Love the bass boost feature the most as this means I don't have to use the EQ in YouTube Music (cuz that eq is horrible as it seems to cut the volume by 25%). I haven't played with the new firmware long enough to know if the frequent but very short drop-outs have been fixed.

Got the Matte Black ones the other day. I updated the Firmware to the latest version 550. The static noise that is present at low to zero volume is unacceptable for me.

I have other bluetooth headphones that do not produce a static buzz noise. After chatting with their support I believe this is present in every Pixel Bud so a replacement wont fix my issue. I have returned the Pixel buds for a refund. I dont know how people can look past this? The most basic feature of the headphones is producing sound and if that experience is met with a constant static buzz I cant believe they thought that was acceptable.

Really enjoying the new updates. Especially the touch control disabled. I sleep with mine in and this is great for not accidentally triggering the assistant in the middle of sleep. As far as the sharing feature goes, I'm not sure I want any of my friends putting my buds into their ear. Lol

Not seeing the built in find my device feature on my pixel 3aXL running Android 11. Have to go into find my device app in order to use that feature. Tried clearing cache, forgetting buds and reconnecting but didn't get to work in app for me

Whenever i try to open pixel buds application it redirects me to the bluetooth settings instead of opening app. I am using pixel 3 xl. Any solution?

What app do you guys use? The Google pixel buds app just takes me to my connected device settings. Really annoying.
