Dewey wakes up to meet a frog named Sprig who tells him that he’s in the town of Radiator Springs. He’s then taken to the Traffic Court by Darkwing Duck and the civilians are angered to see him. The courts judge Peter Parker decides to let the charges slide on account of Dewey being a celebrity. However another young duck named Gosalyn enters the room and Dewey tries to flirt with her to no avail. Gosalyn, along with the help of the townspeople convince Peter Parker to have Dewey fix the road that he damaged much to his dismay.
