Chetek WI WS-2000r Siren Failure w/ Ambience (Barron County)

Well for this disappointment i met up with Dayton (MN and WI siren) at this 2000r. We got set up and at around 11:04 they started to tone out. After the whelen dtmf there was nothing. Then the 3000 started and then the OA-1. But nothing from this. After the test a police officer pulled up. We asked about the siren and he got on his phone and then a few seconds later the sirens started up except for this. It was an ok test i guess but still sad.

It was quite the wild day today, Chippewa falls only ran 30 seconds, the district office siren in eau claire ran 6 minutes, and my 130 struggled at first to maintain pitch.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The receiver is temperamental.

Yeah that sucked, atleast it wasn't a school Monday tho, missing school for this would literally be the worst siren test ever.
