Garcia is certainly from the Paypal States with her needing to be 4 stars to be a good character. That feels bad to me. What do you think?

Neat she’s a snowball unit. They were amazing in alchemist code. She may be lower on the tier list but love units like this. I’ll pull her now.

Gale dance is arguably her main dps skill. Don't forget that Garcia gets passive dmg with every turn, when enemies flood you around turn 3, she has enough movement range and buffs to get right into the juiciest place and fire that magician-boosted (aoe tarot) gale on loads of targets.

I was trying to get the archer and I pulled her 4 times in a row so I now have a 4 star unit I'm not too excited about. Thanks for the vid!

I mean at least she gets very good at some point...and unlike Col, her gameplay isnt 1 dimensional, she has a gameplan. Its all about having fun I guess

I mean Garcia 'could' have had a chance if they release 1 banner at the time and slowly introduce SS tier. But here we are global release you got banner with beryl/col, nearly a guarantee gloria, dantalion and samantha if you need a healer . I mean why in the HELL would you waster your limited ressource/time/money or garcia, she is not at the level of anything in the other 4/5 other banner

For a launch game they are pretty generous with launch banner to be honest . i dont play that much when you can nearly get a full party of T0/SS+ character on launch as a just the free reward
