Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) dry pasta of choice (I used rice noodles)
3.5 oz (100 g) kale
1 avocado
2/3 cup (160 ml) dairy-free milk
3 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
