Ingredients:

9 oz (250 g) dry pasta of choice (I used rice noodles)
3.5 oz (100 g) kale
1 avocado
2/3 cup (160 ml) dairy-free milk
3 garlic cloves
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime

Also, for those of you who care about food science, preventative maintenance or disease prevention. Not killing the nutrients in the food you prepare like of the "Chefs" on YT. If you mixed a Tomato or ANY Lycopene based carotenoid with the Avocado, the FATS in the Avocado will assist in the bodies uptake of Lycopene/carotenoids (Cancer preventative, your skin needs it too). In English, Fats mixed with the RED in fruits food combine to produce more disease prevention IN YOU. Try adding Sundried tomato's - That will produce the effect. The same when you mix Cauliflower and turmeric, or my Fav, Broccoli sprouts with Watercress. They are more powerful when you mix them TOGETHER /compared to eating them alone. Watercress is great with the sprouts in this too, thank you for the recipe.

Kale is one of the rare plants which keeps it nutrients no matter what you do to it, steam it, fry it, boil it. The Kale does not care and loves you back :)
