I’m crying as I’m listening to this beautiful melody. It’s been really hard for me lately, I’ve been having such a hard time with anxiety and depression in the last week or two. I was diagnosed in 2020 and I just feel like I’m in a limbo ever since, I feel stuck and unable to move on from that mindset. I try, I really do but when I’m feeling better then I start feeling bad again. Some days I just wake up so sore, my shoulders are rock hard or I get jaw tension and pain, I’m always tensing my tongue in my mouth and it drives me crazy that I do it but don’t know how to stop it. I have not learned how to live with all these symptoms and I still wait for the day I will wake up like a normal person again, free of tension and pain. I pray that tomorrow will be easier 😢 I isolate myself and most days don’t leave the house to do anything. Sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy. Please, please, please free me from all these 🙏🙏🙏

I always think that I will die.. everyday it's a hell for me because of my overthinking problem, panic attack problem, anxiety problem, eating problem and I cannot relax ... I feel always ill but so far nothing very bad came out .. I am scared to be alone, cannot breathe well and I cannot take it anymore.. Is just stops me to live my life, to enjoy it or even do just simple tasks... this music it helps me to relax and fall asleep.. I wish to me and to everyone who goes thru this that we will be fine and we will survive this.

I have a swallowing difficulty that doctors can't find a cure for. I think it has to do with the muscles. I have anxiety but my doctor said I don't need any medication. I came here to heal. This music is so relaxing. I hope that me and all the other people who are suffering can get better 🥺🙏🏻
