Tuve la enorme fortuna de ir a ver este documental al cine y de verdad que es uno de los mejores, lejos de que conocieras y admiraras a Chavela, presentan su historia muy humana, empatizas con muchísimas cosas, ries y lloras con ella, de por si la admiraba... la terminé amando.

It is July 5th 2019 and I was born May 1986 and my mother April 1958. I watched this with my mother and it was so terrific, the quotes she gives hit the soul so deep. Pain is beauty and Chavela's music illustrates just that. Even though this film is short it is very well put together. This film is beautiful, filled with so much emotion you can't help but to feel her joy and her pain. My mother and I ABSOLUTELY love this film.
