- "Save Your Love" (Melody Maker - #4; this is the song where, during its run at the top, the baton for compiling the "official" charts was passed from BMRB to Gallup; only the second to change horses in mid-stream, the first being Adam Faith's 1960 hit "Poor Boy" where its run at #1 started while OCC still had NME as the "official" chart for the period 1952-60 - and ended at the point they switched the "official" chart to Record Retailer for the period up to 1969)
