honestly the speed metro man is so insanely fast
i think that alone gives it to him easy
he's "probably" strong enough to hurt omni man to some degree, or at least as strong as invincible.
but pairing that with his speed would allow him to hit a million times harder.
unfortunately for omni man it'd be over before it started i think. speedsters got insane hacks.

durability aside i see the others talking about a concentrated sun death ray,
omni man took a shot from a orbital space cannon and that barely hurt him, not quite the same but i think they'd both survive it.
pretty certain omni man could punch through a planet like when he basically destroyed the flaxan planet.

i'd probably give strength to omni man and he obviously has way more combat experience but at the end of the day he couldn't blink fast enough to save himself.

Metroman win
The director stated that Metro Man is capable of tanking a fully charged death ray using the concentrated power of the sun and according to calculations this ray is multi-continental so its durability is multi-continental even in comics Omni Man would not survive such a ray and Mark and Thragg almost burned up on the surface of the sun in the finale of the comic (Thragg still burned up) yes you can say that this is thermal durability but the destructive power of the death ray is at least multi-continental
