Great video, K! One tip: as someone who tends to collect and download files like there is no tomorrow, regularly I go through my files and if I see that a file hasn’t been used in, let’s say, two or three years, unless it is an important document (taxes, doctors files, etc.), I simply delete it. And so far I have never missed any file that I have deleted following this rule.

IMHO: File management is really about process discipline. Huge kudos to you for the quote of the day: “Basically put things where they belong now.”

Naming things based on what you might search is a great idea! I'm pretty good with organizing files but sometimes I still have trouble finding them for some reason, I'm going to start doing this!

6:03 and make sure you don’t loose track of which window is which when dragging and dropping! I’ve don’t that before and didn’t notice until I was done, and instead of copying where I wanted I ended up copying back to the same place in the new folder which was Meant to be on another drive! Luckily I’m paranoid anyway, I’m a photographer (amateur), after losing a entire holiday of photos thinking I’d already backed up a card I needed to use for a veteran event, I cleared the card. Was onto a month or more later when I went to get the files I found they were gone! I recovered some from google as screenshots but the majority were gone! Since i never delete until im done and then double check. I now have a process where when moving files from a to b I only copy from right to left as the mouse or Apple Pencil is in my right hand so it’s natural to drag from right to left. It’s an easy mistake to make a folder can move accidentally and then you forgot which way you’re going! I’m always worried a drive will fail and its content will be lost! 😊😊😊😊

A well timed video, and it confirmed that the way I decided the best way to oganise stickers was right for me.
I recently just did a reoganisation of all my icloud/one drive/google drive for all of my digital files. I have it now all stored on icloud due to using a family plan, I have the extra storage there. I have a folder called digital planning, then one for planners, stickers, covers addons. In the stickers, folders are listed with store, then sets, But under one store I have last years stickers in one folder as the store changed up the sticker kits, so I don't get confused with them. I have Goodnotes oganised the same way. I store the files in the Zip format and will unzip them when I need them as it saves on space, especially if i hadn't gone back to that folder after it was loaded into Goodnotes.

Basically what I do - but I need to have a huge clean out of my downloads folders! I also have an issue with ICloud not syncing between my windows laptop, Ipad and Ipohone.
Digital stickers I save under creator/website etc then name. I also planning to duplicate and subgroup by type - eg: Christmas, sayings, templates etc.

Just bought cyberry and cannot wait to start digital planning, the stickers part really helped me, thank you!
Also, if you save your stickers on iCloud on your iPad, do they automatically download on your Mac?

I have 2 gmail accounts but they share the same storage. I could not get storage for each account. Do you have any ideas as to why this could be?

Do you delete the zip file once you’ve unzipped? I also had to create a “Fonts” Folder from all of those I’ve downloaded….

Do you have to sign in to Icloud each time? My parents bought me an iPad (Android for me) and it's under their name and we don't live together.
