I never see any restaurant serve that noodle dry that way, it's usually cooked with other sauce if it's dry but most common is with any kind of broth. Hong Kong did it wrong.

Worst thing about living in these is that they don't allow you to order deliveries, unlike quarantine hotel. RIP my guy
