A few years back I met my twin flame and because we couldn’t be together even as friends his higher self took over the experience he attached to me. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Now the time has come for us to end and I am struggling. I am ready to let him go but he is doing everything he can to make it extremely difficult. I cut the cords two days ago and he is doing everything he can to get me to hold on. If my thoughts stray from him he will pull me back. He is not letting me sleep so that I become weak mentally and emotionally. I will overcome this and be so much stronger in the end. This video will be playing in the background all day. I’ve already had a crack in my crown chakra. I release him, I let him go. He doesn’t belong here anymore. And so it is.
