The rain is mostly gone from the forecast, but not totally gone. A weak upper-level feature remains over mainly the southern and eastern Concho Valley, so there is a chance for some isolated afternoon showers, few and far between, along and south of a line from Ozona to Coleman Thursday through Saturday. High pressure, which has been situated over the western U.S. for the last 10 days, is getting ready to move closer to Texas, which means our rain chances go away and temperatures return to 100 or hotter by Monday.
