Starbound 1.0 Wont Start - Windows 7 Fix

1. Update Windows to Sp1 or later
2. Update vcredist + DirectX (files are in game directory)
3. Update mobo/display drivers
Optional: try manually update .Netframework

This should work on pirated versions of Windows 7

after i rebooted, i check for updates again, but there wasnt another service pack update, and i still can't install the vc_redist, what can i do?
