I'm an engineering student i hardly get time but still whatever I do no matter what, I chant 1 round of hare krishna followed by 15-20 mins/3-7 verses of Srimad Bhagvad Geeta.
It's been 7 days i left eating onion & garlic and it not only making me calm but also, discipline me to avoid junk food as I'm suffering from obesity.
Eating a tulsi leaf daily & giving water to tulsi mata followed by jala abhishek of suryadev.
Literally I can feel, I'm surrounded by some sort of divine energy which always protect me from lows in my life.
Thanks to Iskcon, you & Amarendra Prabhu my life is transformed & got my ista devata i.e. Lord Krsna which is Lord Vishnu himself.
