I used to have a habit of reading the last page of a book to see if I wanted to read the book. I did this on tests too. In one test which had like a 100 questions I did this. Prior to being handed the test I was instructed to read through the questions before answering any of them. Question #100.. Do not answer answer any of the questions..turn your paper over now. I sat there watching everyone else writing down their answers.

Given I can still remember people in high school AND college that got their name or the date wrong and were in AP classes.... Yeah, cognitive exams are definitely a thing that should be done for anyone over 60 just to be sure.
