When your pawn is captured, you have to take 5 seconds to move the queen, so they will believe that you want to capture their bishop and not threaten the king. It always works.

Theres another very simple trap if you go Bd2 instead of Nc3, because if they take the pawn in the center, you take the bishop and then can sac on f7 after the c6 knight retakes, then Kxf7 Qb3+ and you got the pawn back with interest, exposing their king and preventing it from castling
