This is good, I'd tune in to more. As for imposter syndrome, it can be a tricky way for a person to always have one foot out of the door, fear of success, fear of other people caring less about you than you do about them, overemphasizing all the things that can go wrong over all the things than be wonderful. You're not just looks, you're a key part of the crew, and you definitely have things of your own to do. It's balance, keeping tabs on yourself without putting every tiny thing under a microscope, and enjoying more without losing sight of the daily realities needed to make things possible. And that applies to pretty much everything, public and private. You can throw everything you have into an activity or a career, yet at the end of the day still keep some of yourself that's only for true inner circle people, or just for yourself. It doesn't mean becoming a self-control freak, just being level-headed enough to know when it's the perfect instance to fly in the face of all that and seize an unorthodox moment. To be brutally honest with yourself with the utmost kindness.
