Wow. Guess we will see the difference between the two sites in the future and what the affects of a union will bring.

Smart, once the union get in, you have to deal with every deadbeat worker there is. 🤨🤨

618 Amazon employees who voted against their own interests. They support Beso’s wealth and support their ability to be fired for no cause. They voted against their own access to healthcare, pay raises, advancement, breaks, time-off and self protection in the workplace…..interesting. Some people just choose to embrace the struggle

So they voted to KEEP peeing in bottles. Smart.

Unions aren’t always great. Union agreements between the company and the union don’t always benefit the employee.

It still is surprising considering all the complaints on conditions. Maybe it's different at each location as they are stating, but I really have a feeling they aren't.

It really all depends on how the unionized place goes. If wages go up and life gets better for them. Then of course everyone will follow suit. But if the leaders of the union keep fighting amongst themselves for fame and power & things keep looking unorganized. Then yeah this will just be a house of cards waiting to fall.

To be fair, this was a sort center. Majority of the employees are part-time. So they don't care as much. If I were ALU, I wouldn't bother with sort centers.

The smile on her face delivering this says it all.

At 1:55 minutes: Then sign me up. Silence is golden. Isolation is -- parade. Working with CWA union-shop-tightness leads to contempt due to familiarity.

One facility passed it. The fear has now been instilled in Amazon. They know what the employees want and they know the employees will get exactly that. That's all the country needed. The rest is history. It's a new day for every Amazonian. Bet on that.

They must like urinating in bottles at their work stations.

People don’t vote for their own best interests. This is bewildering.

A lot of the workers have been coached to reject unions

I wish every job had the police unions backing them. Imagine not being able to be fired for anything.

They were offered free Prime Memberships not to Unionize. Maybe.

Unions are a money pit.
Employees pay monthly dues, pay monthly death benefit..and nothing in return. Union Employees pay for their own insurance coverage, it's deducted from every paycheck and you still pay a huge deductible.
Companies demand non strike clause, and demand mandatory overtime into the CBA. If you think Stewards are qualified to bargain against large global companies, your wrong..Stewards don't pay monthly Union dues like the rest of the workforce..our Stewards payed $20/month and the rest of us $110/month. Every year we would get a 40 cent increase and our dues and insurance would go up higher too.
Stewards get their choice of jobs at CBA time too.
Unions don't even have pensions, the say you have 401k, and the company will decrease the match every year.

Well they voted and they don’t want to unionize. It’s their right. To each their own
