The outside of this home is so inviting. I'd probably make it a little wider to give me more space in the living and dining areas.

Missing is a place for coats and footwear at the entry for guests, though the family can use the side door. I would take 5 feet of the porch and create a small foyer. The kitchen is a good size, though the refrigerator dominates it and the dining area. I like the pantry closet and the laundry room. Overall, a good, functional plan.

I love the design of this one. Possibly add a broom closet in the laundry room/entry and add a garage off the back with a curved driveway...somehow. I especially like the main entry being on the side of the house, which offers privacy in the main areas of the home. Personally, I would use the side door as the main entry like a country home. Love it!

Love the mud room/laundry room and the big porch! Would be great for a single person, but closets are not big enought for two.

I love the design a few additions like more storage like a linen very much needed cupboard and storage in the laundry for broom, vacume, ironing board mop and bucket i maybe would shift the fridge or move the dishwasher next to each other a bit out of place...
