I love the idea of having your dog's name engraved on some jewelry, I may take some inspiration from that. I've never liked having my own name on a necklace, it feels too much like a name tag, but for my best bud to always be with me just feels perfect <3

A really compact collection. All of the pieces bring you joy and that's the most important thing.

I'm a silver jewellery girl mainly (I have cool colouring and gold doesn't look right on me). My entire collection fits easily into one small mirrored jewellery box. I have one or two pieces I gravitate towards, but I love my small collection as a whole and much of it brings back memories of my parents and beloved uncle, none of whom are here today.

If you have any vermeil pieces that you really love that start to deteriorate it is possible to get them replated. Vermeil is a specific thickness of gold plating, you can even get it replated with a thicker layer of gold so it’ll last.

I love 14K gold, but silver or white gold looks much better on me. My skin has pink undertones and my hair is light blonde and silver. I have about half as many pieces as you. I like your jewelry case. Need to get one. I have my jewelry in a craft box 😂

I don't wear jewelry much, and I've downsized my collection a lot over the years! I now have a collection of 5 studs that I wear pretty regularly. I have 3 short dangles I don't wear much. Three rings I wear to feel fancy, and too many necklaces (like 12) that I wear occasionally. I still have a lot of work to do to figure out what jewelry I like and will actually wear!!

A pair of Majorica pearl stud earrings are my favourites. Go with anything. My wedding band and engagement ring always. Silver carved style hoops, a pair of zirconia studs and some carved shell earrings from a trip to Tahiti. A silver watch when I travel. I have others but those are what I wear regularly. I feel claustrophobic in rings, necklaces and bracelets.

Beautiful collection! Jewelry is definitely my weakness and I love that it can change a whole outfit. I have several pieces that I purchased for myself or that were gifted to me throughout the years and I LOVE that every time I put them on it reminds me of a certain moment/person 🥰. I never really got into Vermeil, I find they’re still quite expensive but don’t seem to hold up that well 🤔

Very cute collection! Have you tried to clean your tarnished pieces. Hot water + laundry detergent often works wonders, even on vermeil pieces. You can not bring back lost gold plating but the dark spots are removable. There are many tutorials on this topic.

I love your minimalist style and the fact that all your jewellery fits in one little case. At 67 I have a lot of jewellery I've collected over the years, some costume and plated, some real gold and silver. You've given me the incentive to purge a few things, as I seem to be a maximalist!! I have a jewellery box plus a four foot high jewellery stand with drawers. Yikes.
