Apparently this was a bet. Paul Heyman bet some of the people backstage that Truth couldn't make Brock laugh. So they didn't tell Brock what truth was going to say. The only line that was scripted in that promo was "I'm going to throw you over the rope, Paul Heyman." Truth ad-libbed everything else.

R truth was all unscripted here. Truth went off the top of his head with his words in attempt to make lesnar legit laugh and it work tremendously lol. Brock loved it.
