I cried here, because after Micheal left they all forgot him. Never a call, a mention, a "what would Micheal do".
He was the right decision to live with holly, but i missed him too much i just wanted to know something about his life. If he was happy. And nothing.
Creed is the only one in the last seasons to say something inherent to Micheal

The whole situation in itself (them being dressed up with Pam being in the middle of a fight with Jim while also being dragged into the center of an accapela chant) + the awkwardness of the situation + Dwight covering his ears + the STATE senator looking with a lot of interest at the boys singing + Angela looking at the senator not noticing anything + Stanley being hella bored and annoyed + Clark's joke + Creed's quiet answer to it + Pete's reaction... ALL OF THIS IN LIKE 15 SECONDS.
That's why The Office is the greatest comedy on earth, every shot is a joke, and you can have several jokes in one single shot. Sometimes you have a visual joke + an auditory joke + a pun + a social joke + a cultural joke + a situational joke + one or several funny character reactions all in one single moment, and that's why you need several watch to catch it all. There's not a lot of comedies that can do that.
