Demo of the SOMA Laboratory LYRA-8 Organismic Synthesizer.

I'm quite surprised by that instrument wich is full of impredictability and rawness. It's sonic palette goes from heavenly chords to demonic speeches in just a turn of a knob, I love it!

An absolutely tiny amount of reverb, compression and EQ was added on the final signal to make the "Black Beast" shine.

This is great, thanks for making this. On a funny side note, around the four minute mark I heard an industrial drilling sound that fit really well with everything else that was going on. I took off my headphones and it was an actual construction worker drilling outside ! 😆

I cannot make my mind up about this synth - partly because I don't think anyone will ever make a more amazing piece of music/film with the Lyra-8 than this one. Incredible.

I like watching synth videos on youtube but never have I had to stop everything I was doing and sit and actively listen to a track in full start to finish. Fantastic job. It sounds like a nightmare and I love it.
